The 21st Century is an era that came with both advantages and disadvantages. But it is a truth that technological developments appear in every part of our daily life. English Language classes are one of these parts too. In this century, children grow up with technology and use technology effectively from a young age. Therefore, they tend to take advantage of all kinds of technology all the time.

We generally are used to classes where technology is used by only the teacher but in the 21st century, students want to use technology more actively themselves. İn learning process, technology is very effective for students to hear and be exposed to a foreign language from various sources, especially from native English speakers. That’s why technology is useful in English Language learning. But to be able to integrate technology in English Language classes, students require to develop different skills. Such as critical thinking, creativity, communication and collaboration. And these skills shouldn't be reckoned without by teachers :)
